Your Lumin screen is delivered customised, set up and ready to go. The cost of returning it to us is your responsibility. What if I want to return the Lumin screen?
If you have rented the screen for more than 36 months, you are still required to return the screen if you canel your Lumin service, however you will not be required to pay anything even if the screen is damaged. If you have rented the screen for less than 36 months, if the screen is returned with damage not considered fair wear and tear, you may be liable for a fee. Yes, if you rent the screen and cancel your Lumin service, you are required to return the screen to us. If I rent the screen and cancel, do I need to return it? If you instead select one of our rental plans and do not pay for the screen upfront, then we (Blocks Global Pty Ltd) own the screen.
If you purchase the Lumin screen upfront and then pay the monthly fee, you own the screen outright. Note: it is suggested the screen be returned in the original packaging to ensure safe handling. Blocks Global Pty Ltd will stop the next billing cycle once the rental hardware has been returned and assessed to be in good working order. The customer can notify of cancellation prior to the end of the chosen subscription period (monthly or annually). What happens if I cancel my Lumin service? You may return your screen at any time and your Lumin subscription will be canceled as of the next billing period, once we receive the screen. Lumin is provided as a month-by-month agreement unless you select the Yearly Plan and pay for 12-months. We will get in touch with you during the first few weeks to make sure you’re delighted with your Lumin screen. If you wish to continue using Lumin after 30 days, your account will then start to be charged the monthly fee.
